Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026.

Southampton Car Wash and Detail Center respects the privacy of people who visit this website. This policy explains the information used to operate, protect, and improve the website and The Southampton Shine.

Email signups

The Southampton Shine is an optional marketing email signup. When you join, we collect the first name and email address you provide, your consent choice, and basic technical or source information connected with the signup.

We use this information to send occasional special offers, seasonal wash reminders, new Car Care Journal articles, and practical car care notes. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

No public service request forms

This website does not offer a public contact, appointment, detailing, membership, fleet, or vehicle review form. Customers can call the wash or speak with the team on the property.

Calls and visits

Information you choose to provide during a phone call or an in-person conversation is handled through the ordinary operation of the business. It is not automatically collected through this website.

Website records and cookies

Our hosting, security, and email signup systems may record basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, referring source, and time of access. WordPress may use cookies that are necessary for site administration and security.

Email service provider

We use GoHighLevel and LeadConnector to process The Southampton Shine signups, store subscriber information, and send email communications on behalf of Southampton Car Wash. These providers process information under their own security and privacy practices.

Analytics and campaign measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. Google Analytics may collect page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, referring pages, campaign labels, and interactions such as calls, direction requests, and pricing views. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or vehicle details to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics through your browser settings, cookie controls, or Google's available opt-out tools.

Retention and security

Website and subscriber records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate the website, deliver requested emails, understand performance, meet recordkeeping obligations, and protect the site. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit administrative access.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. You may also limit cookies or analytics using your browser settings and available Google controls, or contact us with a privacy question.
